As we collect more data and you acquire more users, patterns change. We build models that are meant to be retrained over time as the scale and distribution of the data changes.
Sometimes, this means redesigning the system and refactoring the code. We A/B test our changes to make sure we always improve on your key metrics.

We build systems that scale and we monitor them to find deficiencies and bugs in our code. We deliver those systems on premise or in the cloud.
While we recognize the importance of building the right models and collecting the appropriate data, we value properly documented and simple APIs which reduce friction between developers and facilitate maintenance and integration with our systems.
